Her firm specializes in practice management consulting, succession plan coaching, buy/sell matchmaking, business acquisition programs and financial services staff recruitment.
Guiding pre-retiree financial advisors to look at their practices from a business efficiency perspective, Ms Patrick-Lawrence has expertise in strengthening team effectiveness, improving client retention and building practice value. She created an educational succession plan roadmap program designed for independent advisors and provides exit planning strategies presentations for financial industry professional groups such as the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
She is an active Financial Planning Association (FPA) member and is three term past-President of the FPA San Gabriel Valley chapter. She serves on McIntosh Capital Investment Advisory Board, the judging committee for Spirit of Entrepreneurship, a Santa Barbara nonprofit recognizing women owned businesses, and Small Business Development Corp.(SBDC) advisory board in Los Angeles representing 5,000 entrepreneurs and start ups.
